Customer Satisfaction

Simply Elegant Soaps wants you to be pleased with the product and services you receive. We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. This is why we cannot accept returns; however, we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product delivered.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us through the contact us page within 72 hours (three days) of receipt of the damaged product.

Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase minus shipping.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.  If in the rare instance the product needs to be returned, you should send it to: Simply Elegant Soaps 1809 Broadway Everett, WA 98203.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
